How Counselling and Psychotherapy can help
You may be weighed down and struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss or loneliness, going through a major life transition or simply feel stuck in old patterns of behaviour that don’t serve you, and you want a way to move forward.
It may be difficult to speak with friends or family, as they may try to offer you advice which you may find unhelpful, or you may not want to burden them.
If struggling alone with difficulties is affecting your daily life, it makes sense to talk things through.
Counselling and psychotherapy give you the chance to talk in a non judgmental space, where you can say what's bothering you out loud, unburden yourself and create possibilities and choices in how to move forward with your life.
Whether it’s short term therapy or counselling to help you through this current period, or longer term, open ended therapy, just speaking your thoughts and worries aloud with someone alongside you can bring clarity and the freedom to create a happier, more balanced life.
